Anthem

This exhibition of new work portrays scenes from western Canada,
my home and a constant source of inspiration for my life and work.
Collectively, the paintings comprise an anthem to this land,
from the prairies to the Canadian Rockies; a hymn of praise, adventure and identity.
Canada’s national anthem is loosely woven into the titles of the paintings,
furthering the sense that each painting is a phrase or measure in our anthem.
