31st One-Night Solo Exhibition FAQs

Questions about the November 20th one-night exhibition at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton

  • If you are interested in any of the paintings in the online version of the 31st Annesely exhibition, please contact us by phone (number TBA) starting at 5:30 Nov. 20. We accept all major payment types, including E-Transfer, Debit, secure online payment, and Apple Pay. Credit card purchases will be subject to a 3% premium.

  • Yes, there are other paintings available at Annesley Studio in Edmonton, Canada House Gallery in Banff and White Rock Gallery, B.C.

  • Yes. We are using Eventbrite to register our guests and issue tickets (free) which will be scanned at the door.

  • Your tickets are attached to the email confirmation as a PDF file. Please print the PDF ticket to bring to the exhibition, save the file to your phone or use the Eventrbrite App.

  • No you do not need an Eventbrite account to get tickets

  • Yes, please contact us and we'll email an invitation, or you can RSVP here. To receive an invitation next year, please contact us

  • Yes, we have two options:

    1) Join our Patron’s Lounge for access to the exhibition at 5:00 p.m. November 20, to coincide with the physical exhibition. Sales can be made starting at 5:30 p.m. by contacting us by phone. (number TBA)

    2) The online version of the exhibition opens to the public on November 22 at 2:00 p.m., and all available paintings will be posted at that time. Online exhibition is open until November 30, 2025

  • Because this is a one-night exhibition, we do not allow any holds. Our first come - first serve / no pre-sales policy is still in place

  • There are no pre-sales, including those in the preview. You are welcome to contact us by phone or text message at 5:30 p.m. November 20, (number TBA) and if the painting is available, we will send you a purchase link to complete the transaction.

  • In order of preference, Debit, E-transfer, Cash, Credit Card, Cheque. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% premium

  • Pick up of your painting(s) is from Annesley Studio on November 29 and 30, 2025 at Annesley Studio in Edmonton. If shipping is required, it will be arranged following the exhibition.

  • Shipping costs vary by location and size of package. We use Fedex Ground as well as a professional fine art shipper, and can ship worldwide.
